Safe and Secure Indoor Stay for Your Pet With us, your pet will enjoy a safe and comfortable indoor stay, combined with scheduled forest walks every 3–4 hours. Cancellation and Payment Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in. For cancellations made later, 50% of the booking fee will be charged. Payment upon arrival incurs an additional 15% fee. Food and Special Diets We provide free food for pets without special dietary supplements or allergies. Vaccination Requirements We kindly ask you to present your pet’s vaccination certificate at check-in to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
